Welcome to our AKAM Key Account Management survey

Thank you for your interest in this survey. The purpose of this study is to gain a more nunanced understanding of key account management within organisations. We define key accounts as those customers in an company's customer base that are of strategic importance. We would appreciate your feedback and opinions as experts in this field.

This survey is part of a research project conducted by Prof. Stephan Henneberg (Queen Mary University of London, UK), Prof. Stefanos Mouzas (University of Lancaster, UK), and Prof. Alexander Leischnig (Technische Universität Freiberg, Germany). It only takes 8 minutes to answer the questions. It is important that you answer all questions. There are no right or wrong answers and we are not looking for specific answers. Participation in the survey is voluntary and it is possible to stop at any time.

We assure you that all data is collected anonymously and treated confidentially. All data is stored securely and only authorised personnel have access to it.
